All orders received by 5pm are shipped within 2 business day after receipt of payment (cleared funds). A confirmation email will be sent to confirm this along with your tracking number.
(This does not apply for custom orders or orders listed as made to order.)

$12.00 Standard Post (allow 5-7 business days)
$18.00 Express Post ( allow 2-4 business days)

All orders are shipped by Australia Post/ Registered Mail and require a signature upon receipt.


Cost of postage includes a premium storage box for item and appropriate padding of tissue paper as well as insurance to cover the cost of the item. It is advised you keep packaging for continued storage of your turban.

We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

Out Of Stock Items
If an item is temporarily out of stock, you will be contacted via email within 24 hours to inform you of the expected product completion and delivery if the product has not been disabled on our website. In the case it cannot be remade, a full refund or credit will be arranged.
